The Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment as a nanny and by employers seeking to hire one or more nannies. The Company specifically prohibits use of the Web Site for any of the following:
- Posting incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume
- Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity
- Disclosing or sharing your password to a non-public area of this Web Site with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose
- Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the appropriate operations of this Web Site including activities being conducted on this site
- Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Web Site's infrastructure
- Copying, duplicating or collecting any of the materials or information available from the Web Site
- Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software that is part of the Web Site
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or
intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Web Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the
Company on this Web Site and other generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Explorer, Netscape
Navigator)
- Linking to or framing of any materials or information available from the Web Site
FindMyNannyOnline.com will not tolerate inappropriate use of the site or fraudulent activity. This type of activity will result in your profile being deleted.
User Information
When you register to use the Web Site, you will be asked to provide the Company with specific information including, but not limited to, a valid email address (your "Information"). In addition to the terms and conditions that may be set forth and any privacy policy on this Web Site, you understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. The Company will not disclose, to any third party, your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify; such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties accordingly. Once a family registers and the respective credit card has been charged, no refund will be offered.
User Submitted Information
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and you are also responsible for the consequences of your posted communications. By using this Web Site you agree not to, do the following things:
- post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it;
- post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of
the owner;
- post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
- post material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming
routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information;
- post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any
other person or entity; post a sexually-explicit image or statement;
- post advertisements or solicitations of business, chain letters or pyramid schemes; or
- impersonate another person.
The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users nor does it endorse any opinions expressed by users. Any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.
The Company acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information. The Company is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If a user notifies the Company of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, the Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion, whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company's Liability
FindMyNannyOnline.com serves as a venue for prospective employers of nannies to post nanny opportunities and nanny candidates to post resumes. The Company does not screen or censor the listings offered and it is not involved in actual transactions between such prospective employers and the respective nanny candidates or any users of the Web Site. As a result, the Company has no control of the legality, quality, ability, or safety regarding the posted jobs or resumes or the truth or accuracy of the listings. Note that there are risks, including but not lim! ited to, people acting under false pretenses or possible physical harm. You are dealing with strangers, which may include underage persons, foreign nationals, and other unknown persons. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.
User authentication on the Internet is difficult. FindMyNannyOnline.com is not involved in any user-to-user dealings and cannot control the behavior of participants on the Web Site. Therefore, the Company cannot and does not confirm that each user is reputable and/or who they claim to be. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands, and damages whether actual and consequential, direct and indirect, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, or disclosed and undisclosed, arising from such disputes or connections. The Company is not and shall not be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of the Web Site. The Company shall not be responsible for any employment or other decisions made by any entity posting jobs or resumes on the Web Site.
The Company is not responsible for any associated costs related to service, repair, or replacement of equipment or data that you believe is a result of the Web Site or material on the Web Site. The Company does not warrant that the Web Site will operate error-free or that the Website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
The Web Site and Material are provided on an "As Is" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

The aggregate liability for the Company to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to $100.
Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies and to terminate all of the user's services and connections to findmynannyonlin.com, if you breach of these Terms and Conditions or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration.
Indemnity

- Create or maintain more than one active profile at a time. Each family or nanny is allowed only one active profile in the database at any one time;
- Upload or post any information or advertisement that may be considered as competitive to the service. Solicitation for services by any means, other than those offered or directly approved by FindMyNannyOnline.com is strictly forbidden and under no circumstances shall garnering and commercial re-use of emails be allowed;
- Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, discriminating, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
- Transmit content, by any form, that you do not have a right to transmit by law or contractual or fiduciary relationships such as, proprietary, confidential, or inside information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or through nondisclosure agreements nor transmit any content that infringes a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
